How to troubleshoot invitations
Recover access when an invitation expired, was already used, or opened with the wrong account.

Before you start
- The invitation link or contact with the workspace owner.
Step by step
- 1Make sure the full link was opened.
- 2Check that you signed in with the invited email.
- 3If the link expired, request a new invitation.
- 4If it was already used, try signing into the app normally.
- 5If access is still blocked, send support only the safe error code—never the token.
What should happen
You sign in with the correct account or receive a new valid invitation.
If something doesn't work
- Wrong account: sign out and use the invited email.
- Only the owner can replace an expired invitation.
- After signing in, confirm the shared workspace, project, and review.
