How to troubleshoot invitations

Recover access when an invitation expired, was already used, or opened with the wrong account.

Before you start

  • The invitation link or contact with the workspace owner.

Step by step

  1. 1Make sure the full link was opened.
  2. 2Check that you signed in with the invited email.
  3. 3If the link expired, request a new invitation.
  4. 4If it was already used, try signing into the app normally.
  5. 5If access is still blocked, send support only the safe error code—never the token.

What should happen

You sign in with the correct account or receive a new valid invitation.

If something doesn't work

  • Wrong account: sign out and use the invited email.
  • Only the owner can replace an expired invitation.
  • After signing in, confirm the shared workspace, project, and review.
