What is Aproova?
A review and approval platform for agencies and marketing teams. Gather feedback, compare versions of images, PDFs and videos, and see who approved each file.
Does my client need an account?
No. Clients open the link in a browser, including on mobile, to comment and approve with the review’s permissions. Plan seats are for your internal team.
What can I do on Free?
Create up to 5 reviews per month, with comments on the file, version history and approval by link. Includes 2 team members and 2 GB storage. No card required.
How does a paid-plan trial work?
Try your first paid plan for 14 days without a card. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the workspace returns to Free.
Which files can I review?
Images, PDFs and videos open in the review. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign files can accompany the version for download; also upload a preview for comments. 3D review is in pilot.
Which plan includes internal review?
Flow and Operations let you review internally before the client and keep comments private. Essential supports external approval.
Do I need to stop using WhatsApp or Drive?
No. Send the link through WhatsApp and keep your files in Drive. In Aproova, the client comments on the material and records a decision on the reviewed version.
