This policy covers technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, public reviews, uploads, and technical measurement.

2. Necessary cookies

Supabase Auth session cookies keep you signed in and protect authenticated routes. Aproova cookies may remember the active workspace or a pending invitation.

3. Local storage

Aproova may use local storage for theme and display preferences, player state, public guest identity, and upload recovery.

4. Site and advertising measurement

With site-metrics consent, Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure use and performance. Separate advertising-measurement consent allows Google Ads to connect ad clicks with workspace creation, which is not a paid subscription. Personalized ads remain disabled. Conversion events include an opaque deduplication ID, not names, emails, or file content.

The Google tag starts with optional storage and advertising use denied and may send technical signals without cookies. With permission it can use _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_* cookies. The aproova_public_consent cookie shares your preference between the site and app for up to 180 days. These technologies may process browser identifiers, page visits and technical data. 5. Managing your choices

Cookie preferences on public pages let you choose essential cookies only, site metrics, or site and advertising metrics. You can change your choice at any time; it also applies to the app in this browser. Existing site-metrics permission is not automatically extended to advertising.
