For agencies and studios

Creative approval for agencies working with multiple clients.

Bring creatives, account managers and clients together to review campaigns, catalogs and videos. Each comment stays with its place in the file, and the decision identifies the approved version.

For teams delivering creative work to clients. Aproova does not schedule or publish campaigns.

Start with one delivery on the Free plan. Check each plan’s limits and features.

The file changes hands. Keep the conversation with it.

Creatives, account managers and clients can review the same work without losing the context of requests.

Follow a file through review

A fictional campaign shows three Aproova workflows: a request marked on artwork, a change checked in a catalog and a decision linked to a version.

Recorded in Aproova. The FORMA campaign and comments are fictional examples. There is no voice-over; turn on captions in the player.

Your first delivery

Start with one client and one delivery.

Choose a job involving creatives, an account manager and a client. At the end, check that everyone can find the request and the approved version.

  1. Group work by project

Keep each client’s or campaign’s reviews in a project. Organization and permission are different: check who can access the work before sharing.

  2. Agree who comments and who decides

Account managers check the brief; creatives receive the changes; clients review the material. Define the participants and each person’s role in the round.

  3. Check a complete correction

Receive a request on the file, upload the new version and check the change. Before delivery, consult the decision and confirm which files it covers.

Fictional example: the client asks for a color name to be changed to Cobalt in the FORMA catalog. The account manager locates the request, the creative uploads the correction and the client checks the current version before deciding. The demo above shows a comparison and a recorded decision; it is not a customer results case study.

What fits in Free

5 reviews per month, up to 2 team members, 2 GB of storage and files up to 25 MB. Check the history and retention periods before uploading.

When you need another plan

Internal reviews and private comments are available on Flow and higher plans. Restricted project and folder access is available on Operations and higher plans. Creating projects does not replace configuring permissions.

After review

Approval also needs to reach the project board

After the comments on the file, keep the team informed and retain the delivery decision.

Connected project board

Trello

Link the review to a card. The link, new versions and decisions stay visible on your agency’s board.

Configurable notification

n8n + WhatsApp

Send review events to n8n. Your workflow can notify account managers or clients on WhatsApp with a link and thumbnail.

Documented decision

Approval certificate

Once a version is approved, check the certificate for who decided, when and which files the decision covers.

Trello and webhooks are available on Flow and higher plans. WhatsApp notifications require an n8n workflow and a configured provider. The certificate is an operational record, not an electronic signature. See plans and limits

How it works

A complete workflow without piecing the conversation back together

  1. Creatives review with account managers

On Flow and higher plans, internal review lets your team check changes before opening the round to the client.

  2. Clients comment where a change is needed

For reviews configured for link access, clients can comment in their browser without creating an account. Check participants and permissions before sharing.

  3. New versions keep the context

Upload the updated file to the same review. Previous comments and decisions remain accessible.

  4. Approval closes the round

Check who decided, when they decided and which version was approved.

Who it is for

Try it with a real delivery if

  • More than one person takes part in approval
  • Clients request changes by email, message or screenshot
  • Your team needs to establish which file was released

If you only need to schedule posts, your publishing tool probably already covers that. Aproova handles review before delivery.

Next step

Take your next campaign through a complete review.

Start with a delivery involving creatives, an account manager and a client. Check that everyone can find the request and the approved version.
