Before you start
- A processed video open on the correct version.
- Permission to comment.

- 1Confirm the file and version.
- 2Play the video and pause at the moment you want to discuss.
- 3Choose Point or another annotation tool when you need to highlight part of the video.
- 4Write and post the comment.
- 5Open the comment to confirm its timestamp.
- 6Continue playback and repeat only where action is needed.
What should happen
The comment returns to the same moment and keeps the version context.
Common problems
- Wait for processing before reviewing.
- Pause before creating markup.
- After uploading a new version, check which version each comment belongs to.
