How to download a comment report
Create a report for the selected file and version, identifying the review and client.

Before you start
- Access to the review and the selected version’s shared comments.
Quick task overview
Start with these steps. If the task has more steps, they appear right below.
- Step 1
Open the review and select the file and version to document.
- Step 2
Open the viewer tools menu and find the download section.
- Step 3
Optionally enter the client name in the report field. This field applies only to the report.
Step by step
- 4Click “Download comments” and wait for download confirmation.
- 5Open the HTML file in your browser. To create a PDF, use the browser’s print and save as PDF option.
What should happen
You receive HTML with Aproova branding, review details, company and project when available, the client name entered and shared comments.
Common problems
- The report covers the selected file and version; it does not automatically combine every file in the review.
- Internal comments are not included in this shared-comment report.
- If comments change during generation, try again to avoid an incomplete report.
- The download is HTML. The PDF is created by browser printing.
