Step by step
- 1Confirm the file name and version.
- 2Use pages or thumbnails to open the correct page.
- 3Adjust zoom until the detail is clear.
- 4Choose the pin or markup tool and select the location.
- 5Write and post the comment.
- 6Open the comment to confirm its page, position, and version.
What should happen
Opening the comment returns to the same location in the PDF.
Common problems
- Wait for processing before commenting.
- Confirm the page after using search or thumbnails.
- Comments from an older version remain attached to that version.
