The artwork, markers, and conversation stay together so feedback keeps its context.

Step by step

  1. 1Confirm the file name and version.
  2. 2Use pages or thumbnails to open the correct page.
  3. 3Adjust zoom until the detail is clear.
  4. 4Choose Point for one location or another annotation tool when it explains the change better.
  5. 5Write and post the comment.
  6. 6Open the comment to confirm its page, position, and version.

What should happen

Opening the comment returns to the same location in the PDF.

Common problems

  • Wait for processing before commenting.
  • Confirm the page after using search or thumbnails.
  • Comments from an older version remain attached to that version.
