What you may want to know before starting.
Do comments stay anchored to the page?
They do. You click the page and the annotation is born there, with its position stored. Anyone opening later sees it in the same place.
Can I strike through and replace text?
Yes. The annotation editor supports selection, strikethrough, replacement and deletion of passages, plus free-form markers.
What is the maximum file size?
500 MB per file on paid plans. On the Free plan the limit is 25 MB.
How does version comparison work?
Compare versions side by side or inspect visual differences between previews. This does not interpret the meaning of text or automatically verify prices and references.
Do reviewers need an account?
Access depends on the review permissions. Link access may allow participation without an account. External reviewers do not take a team seat; check the recipient view before sharing.
Do you offer e-signature?
No. Aproova records the approval decision with author, date and version and issues a certificate. That does not replace a legally binding e-signature.
