Aproova and Trello integration: keep the work item on the card
Link an Aproova review to a Trello card, send version and decision updates, and move the card when approval status changes.

The Trello card usually holds the brief, deadline, and owner. The review has a different job: files, visual feedback, versions, and the decision.
The integration connects both records without asking someone to copy links and status updates by hand.
Limit Aproova to the boards the team uses
The workspace owner connects Trello and selects the boards that should be available in Aproova. Personal or administrative boards can remain outside that selection.
Trello still controls the account authorization. Aproova controls which of the available boards appear in the review picker.
Link an existing card
Choose the work item card from the review details. Aproova adds the review link as an attachment and saves the relationship.
New released versions and recorded decisions appear as short card comments. Private feedback and unreleased internal versions are not sent.
Move the card when status changes
Choose destination lists for a new version, requested changes, approval, or rejection. Events that should not change the board can stay disabled.
Trello remains useful for priority and task progress. Aproova remains the place where people inspect and approve the work.
What stays private
A released version or recorded decision can update the card. Private comments and internal versions that have not been released stay out of Trello.
If a delivery is delayed, the review remains saved in Aproova. The integration does not block the approval workflow.

Can I choose which Trello boards appear in Aproova?
Yes. The workspace owner selects the boards available for review links after connecting the Trello account.
Does the integration create Trello cards?
The current workflow links a review to an existing card. Create the work item in Trello first when it does not exist.
Can approval move the card automatically?
Yes. Destination lists can be set for a new version, requested changes, approval, and rejection.
