What you may want to know before starting.
Does legal need training?
No. They get a link, click the spot and type. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this.
Can I separate internal talk from what the client sees?
Yes, from the Flow plan on: private comments and an internal review stage before the client stage.
Do you check barcodes and colours?
No. That is specialised prepress scope. Aproova organises the review, the stages and the record of the decision.
Do you hold security certifications?
We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If your contract requires that, talk to us before testing.
How many people can approve?
As many as you want. External reviewers are unlimited on every plan and never take a seat.
What if it doesn't fit?
14-day trial, no card. At the end, if you don't subscribe, the workspace returns to the Free plan and nothing is charged.
