One action at a time.
Connect your account, allow a board and link a review to a monday.com item. Available on plans with native integrations.
Step 1
Open Settings → Integrations and find monday.com. Check that your plan includes native integrations.
Step 2
Select Connect monday. Check the account and permissions, then authorize the connection.
Step 3
Back in Aproova, load the boards and select only those your team may use.
Step 4
Open the review, then Review details → History → monday.com. Select Link item or Configure link.
Step 5
Choose the allowed board, item and status column. Use Load more boards and Load more items to continue the list.
Step 6
Map New version, Changes requested, Approved and Rejected to your status labels. Leave an event unchanged if appropriate, then save.
Step 7
Use test material to record a decision in Aproova. Check the update and status in monday. The review link requires access and does not make the review public.

What you can do
The item receives the review link, version and decision updates, and the mapped status. Decisions remain in Aproova; changing a monday status does not approve a review.
Check these details
What do I need before I start?
- The workspace owner connects the account and allows boards. Your plan must include native integrations (Flow or above).
- Access to a monday board with a status column. Installing the app may require a monday administrator.
How do I know I’m done?
The item receives the review link, version and decision updates, and the mapped status. Decisions remain in Aproova; changing a monday status does not approve a review.
Something didn’t work. What should I check?
- Missing board or item: check access and the owner's allowed boards. Load more boards or items. If the list expires, select the board again.
- Wrong or missing status: check the mapping. If a board or label changed, configure the link again and retry synchronization.
- Reconnect when requested. Unlink stops one review; disconnecting monday stops the workspace connection.
- Internal-only versions do not generate external updates. Allow a few moments, check the last sync and retry instead of creating a duplicate link.
- The app uses direct installation outside the marketplace. During authorization, monday says the app has not been reviewed or approved by monday. Check the account and permissions before authorizing. monday accounts and fees are separate. Screenshots show the Portuguese interface.
- To follow along in the app, choose the tool in the guide at the top of Settings → Integrations. Use Next step and Open full help as needed. Moving through the guide does not connect accounts or send messages; verify the result at the destination before using it in production.
